I used my small 1300D Yanmar tractor to take the trailer to the back yard and backed the end of trailer to the basement door (32" wide). I tilted the trailer with help of wood blocks and jacks to where the end of trailer was only 12 inches above basement floor and rolled the Millrite base with knee into the basement using 3/4 inch pipes.

I bought the mill and picked it up Saturday, unloaded Sunday Thursday thru Sunday took a good deal of time with everything revolving around the mill hence my late reply. I added a few photos of the mill we removed the motor and head before unloading and lagged 2x8's to the base so we could move it using " wood dowels as rollers.
This mill is in condition but needs needs some work. The overall casting and body are in very good shape. The motor (3 phase) runs well. The table is clean and seems flat (haven't checked it with a dial indicator). The Y and the Z axis travel are pretty good but there is quite a bit of slippage in the X axis.

The cable that powers the VFD is a 12/3 SOOW SO cord and a 14/4 SOOW SO connects the VFD to the motor. To connect the VFD to the remote control, I used an 8conductor 24gauge Ethernet computer cable, run inside a piece of 3/8" flexible conduit for protection. (You only need six of the conductors for the remote.)
